Fees/Donations: This retreat will be based on donations, generosity. Generosity is an important part of meditation practice. Generosity has a tendency to open one’s heart, connect one to others and help one to let go of self consciousness. For this retreat donations are for the teachings and to assist with faculty costs and fees.
Course Taught by Andy Quinn
Andy has practiced meditation for more than twenty five years and taught meditation for six years. He has attended many long retreats at the Insight Meditation Society(IMS) in Barre, Massachusetts, in the community of Vipassana meditation as taught by SN Goenka, and with Orlando Insight Meditation Group (OMIG.) Andy was introduced to Vipassana meditation by Peter Carlson, founder of OMIG, and has been in teacher training with Peter since 2014.
