What to Expect
An opportunity for learning, sharing, and guided meditation practice. This course offers an exploration of mindfulness meditation that includes practical strategies for cultivating present moment awareness as well as exploration of the insight and support mindfulness can bring to our lives. This course will be open to the public and welcomes participants of diverse cultural and ethnic backgrounds.
Weekly for 6 consecutive Thursday evening sessions, from 6:30 – 7:45 PM.
